Incumbent Mayor Talks New Taxes

protestersOn October 29, KOLD broke the story of the incumbent mayor's plans for a new property tax and doubling the utility sales tax. Protesters outside his annual State of the Town speech had apparently already had enough of the incumbent, and they hadn't even yet heard of his plans to increase taxes. Watch the report here.
